Please make this highlight function print out on the workorders that are sent to the shop for production. It makes no sense to have this function to not transfer to the actual printed page. I can see if your a paperless production shop but cant really say i have seen many of those in this industry.

If we could highlight the nickname, or flag the quote with a red exclamation point under the nickname, that would help production see rush orders

Could you add more functionality to Quickbooks sync? Instead of limiting it to orders within a certain status, it'd be nice to add an additional criteria to sync if paid. For example, we have several pre-production statuses where an invoice can get pre-paid or deposit by the customer but we're still ironing out the details with the customer. I want these to sync only if paid. Then for in production/post production status, we could set those to sync by default regardless of payment status to track aging. So when I select a status to sync to Quickbooks, maybe just a check box with two options, 1) Sync regardless of payment status or 2) Sync only if paid/partially paid

When a Merch store is created, it would be helpful for the system to preserve the order that the mockups are uploaded and saved in the Quote that is used to create the Merch store, so that they appear in the correct order in the Merch store. For example, when I upload 4 images of a shirt (1. front, 2. back, 3. left sleeve, 4. right sleeve) I’d like them to appear in that order on the Merch store.

There should be an option to show taxes separately in the invoices (GST/QST) and the respective amounts and not a collective tax amount.

Is it possible to automatically populate the Production Due Date two weeks out from the Creation Date? This would be INSANELY helpful!

Why are you guys stuff in the past and NOT include ALL the sizes available? There is no way to input tall sizes, or OSFA or hats. How about updating all infant and toddler sizes? You guys only have a few sizes available to choose from and not all the sizes are available.

Since November there has only been 1 update so far. Same time period last year from November 2024 to May 2025 there was 9 updates. Why the slow down with improvements? There are feature requests that have 400 and 500 votes and 9 years old and never implemented, that hurts consumer confidence. Please be transparent with a roadmap to give us some hope.

We run about 170 stores so we receive orders daily. I have a Zapier automation where we create a new customer automatically following the online order date. Let's say we have 45 orders to ''move from Storefront to Printavo calendar'' we have to do it one by one. Either y'all make an automation in Printavo or update the API with Zapier ?? Trigger : New Storefront Order Create : Add Storefront Order to Invoice Create : Assign Customer to Invoice or something like that
