Would love to have thumbnails available when viewing the invoice tab or customer orders. Also the ability to click on them and make them larger. I have customers with a lot of designs and going through them is sometimes painful. If we had thumbnails readily available it would speed things up tremendously. Please put everything else on hold and make this happen :)

Only BIG STINKY MEANIES ignore this and don't upvote. Crazy thought. What's the point of creating a reusable custom product if the product image has to be found and uploaded manually every single time it’s quoted? The catalog saves a handful of fields while leaving one of the most time-consuming parts completely manual. Let us upload an image to the catalog entry once and have it automatically populate on every quote (like an actual product catalog!!). The product is already saved. It knows what it is. Please allow it to know what it looks like.

Handling reorders quickly with the duplicate quote feature is super helpful, but it's sometimes time consuming to find where the original info came from if it's a high volume customer with a lot of orders between the new quote and the quote that was duplicated. Would it be possible to add a line to the history of a quote when that quote is created as a duplicate from a previous order? It would be a super helpful thing to have the record of if it's something you can do :) "Quote #10953 was duplicated from ... We are wasting tons of paper having to print an entire work order. If we can print by Item Group, decorators only get the paper work they need instead of a novel.

Large companies are requesting that our invoices say the downpayment amount and we have to manually go through and adjust the prices to half in order for it to be half of the total invoice. Adds too much work and time into the day

It would be great to have a text box added to the mockup creator to allow us to add details about print size, pantone colors and other ther details about the customers designs and artwork instead of having to add it to an email.

Once an order is complete, it would be great to FREEZE it, so no changes can be made. Viewing and copy should be available, but changing should not be allowed.

very cool that you cracked the code on how to highlight thinks in production and customer notes (something I never saw anyone ask for), now how about we use that same magic to HIGHLIGHT THE DUE DATE SO THAT CUSTOMERS STOP ASKING US WHAT THE DUE DATE IS BECAUSE THEY NEVER SEE IT AND IT IS LOST IN A MESS OF DATES THEY DON'T NEED TO SEE ANYWAY?
