Please make this highlight function print out on the workorders that are sent to the shop for production. It makes no sense to have this function to not transfer to the actual printed page. I can see if your a paperless production shop but cant really say i have seen many of those in this industry.

There should be an option to show taxes separately in the invoices (GST/QST) and the respective amounts and not a collective tax amount.

Can you guys please give us a way to flag an order as a RUSH- that will carry across all statuses? Simple Check box that adds a red line across the order on the calendar view or a small icon like the "Paid" icon would be great

Phone numbers and emails need to be shown on the Edit screen of quotes/invoices. To have to hit save and look at the overview is one step too many thats unnecessary. Allowing us to edit the contact info from that screen and pushing and saving to the main Customer setup would be a huge time saving option as well.

very cool that you cracked the code on how to highlight thinks in production and customer notes (something I never saw anyone ask for), now how about we use that same magic to HIGHLIGHT THE DUE DATE SO THAT CUSTOMERS STOP ASKING US WHAT THE DUE DATE IS BECAUSE THEY NEVER SEE IT AND IT IS LOST IN A MESS OF DATES THEY DON'T NEED TO SEE ANYWAY?

We can currently duplicate quotes and invoices to create new quotes. However, we cannot duplicate invoices that were generated from storefronts. A lot of times we use the storefront to track orders and sales for employees, however the client wants one invoice for all the orders. Currently we have to manually re-create a new invoice. It would be nice if we could click "duplicate" and start the new invoice off the invoice from the storefront.

Under Customize Statuses \ order stage you can select Quote or Invoice. It would be nice to have an INACTIVE stage. It would automatically zero out the quote but keep all the information.

We would like to be able to actually HIGHLIGHT notes in color. Bold and Italics still gets missed by the production team. Color would "pop" on the page and not be overlooked as easily. Kyler Surcee Designs

It would be great to have an "Approval Due By" date somewhere on the invoice so the customer can clearly see the date when the quote must be approved in order to receive their goods by the posted "Customer Due Date". To go a step further, it would be even better if we were able to set this date relationship to auto update as the days go by.. Ex: Customer needs by the 20th.. Quote sent on the 5th.. Approval due by the 10th... Either we have the ability to set it to roll with the calendar (if they approve on the 12th, the customer due date auto changes to the 22nd...keeping the 10 day difference) Or we have the ability to set the invoice to 'approval unacceptable' (or something like that) if they let it go past the 10th without approving.. This would help out tremendously with those clients that may have to pass the invoice along to a purchasing manager or supervisor. Everyone can clearly see the dates so nothing gets lost in between all of the back and forth.

It would be great if we could add Custom sizes. For example SM/Med or L/XL
