Is it possible to automatically populate the Production Due Date two weeks out from the Creation Date? This would be INSANELY helpful!

We run about 170 stores so we receive orders daily. I have a Zapier automation where we create a new customer automatically following the online order date. Let's say we have 45 orders to ''move from Storefront to Printavo calendar'' we have to do it one by one. Either y'all make an automation in Printavo or update the API with Zapier ?? Trigger : New Storefront Order Create : Add Storefront Order to Invoice Create : Assign Customer to Invoice or something like that

Could you make it Possible to set up Charge Card Processing Fees just like "Taxed" is set up so I could set up each customer with or without Fees. Also if it had an option to put what % for each Customer as some are using Charge and Some ACH. I know I can add it under Fees at the Bottom of the Invoice but if It could be set up to Automatically add it to all Invoices per customer it would be Awesome and save time.

When making this automation you do not think that the url is going to be that long. But when we did a test run of the email automation the url that shows up is so long and it makes the email look very messy (eyesore). It would be nice it is was shortened or you could turn it into a button.

As a shop running serious volume through Printavo, the current GraphQL API is useful but limited for shops building real automation. What we need: Webhooks / event-driven triggers (order status changes, invoice updates, payment received, etc.) Higher rate limits for production automation workloads A developer/partner tier for shops building integrations on top of Printavo Right now, the only way to know something changed in Printavo is to poll the API repeatedly — that's inefficient and burns rate limits fast. Webhooks would open the door to real-time automation that shops actually need. This isn't a niche request. Any shop running automation, AI tooling, or third-party integrations hits this wall. We’d like an easier way to manage editing invoice created dates in Printavo for accurate sales analytics. Currently, we manually adjust the invoice created date to align with the client’s approval date, which ensures accurate reporting when we pull revenue reports (via Analytics → Total Sales). Often, quotes are approved days or even months after they were created, requiring manual adjustments. Is there a way to automate this process so that the invoice created date, as well as the invoice and production dates, automatically update to match the approval date? This would save time and ensure data consistency for analytics and production scheduling.

It would be nice to be able to turn off the customers' ability to "approve" a quote once we have marked the job as complete. We are finding that customers are going into old quotes and approving them which then triggers all of the old automations again. This gets confusing and has caused our ordering person to start ordering blanks on already completed jobs before recognizing it as an old P.O.

It would be great if on the new time based automations there could be a toggle for it to keep sending every couple days as long as the quote approval hasn't been approved. I know you can toggle it to send after so many days initially but we would like for it to send out the reminders automatically without having to go do it manually every time.

Multiple triggers (at least 2) would be nice for automations. With a AND, OR, or NOT function between them. AND would depict BOTH triggers would have to be TRUE, OR would be if EITHER trigger would be true, and NOT would be if second trigger was false for the automation to fire. This would allow for needed automations where needed, but NOT firing in certain cases.
