You charge a lot for premium and the main benefit is Power Scheduler. So how about some enhancements? Need an indicator for Rush jobs so we know they need to be prioritized. Would also like an indicator that tells Production Team the job has ancillary production needs, i.e. DTF and Screen Print for same group of shirts. These are different departments, so Screen Printers need to know this job gets done and then moves to DTF team and not Shipping/pickup. Would also like an indicator that shows up on the quotes tab to indicate job is on Power Scheduler already. We have an automation that moves job to Power Scheduler when it hits a certain status but more than once someone in Front Office has skipped that status and job gets orphaned (doesn't show up on Power Scheduler) until someone locates it and manually adds it. I'd like to be able to adjust the total minutes available for production each day in the power scheduler. We have multiple machines we've assigned available minutes to each day but they are all not in use at the same time, so, for example, each day shows 900 minutes available for Screen Printing, which translates to 15 hours of printing a day because we have 3 machines. We only have 2 printers so maximum minutes each day should be 600 because the printers bounce between machines based on the job. It would also be nice if we could adjust the minutes for day when people are out sick or we plan a half day of production. I don't want to override the machine settings just the day allocated production minutes. Would be nice if we could combine imprints in the same way we can split them today. Quoting in Printavo is not as flexible as we'd like, so at times we end up with multiple imprints across a job that are the same image, would be great is we could group them for the Printers so they know it's all the same image and can plan accordingly. Would love to have a master "Schedule" page that would show total jobs, minutes and status across all departments so we can see how busy the entire shop is on any given day without having to bounce between multiple Power Schedules - this could be a read only screen Would be great if we could add maintenance, setup and tear down tasks to the schedule during the day for visibility to things like swapping out pallets, or replacing pallet tape or other tasks required between jobs that happen all day but are not apparent when looking at the schedule in Printavo. Would love a pop up window where the Production team can add notes to the job/imprint directly without having to go to a new tab, open quote, click edit, add note, click save and then go back to Power Schedule.
