Have the customers credit card on file so I can automatically charge after 30 days or when authorized by customer. Same idea for Echeck etc.

When I create the shipping labels they should print all at once automaticly instead on me having to print them one at a time

This is a basic function - we need to be able to cancel and refund ONE item from a merch store order, without having to cancel whole order and make customer submit it again.

If we could highlight the nickname, or flag the quote with a red exclamation point under the nickname, that would help production see rush orders

Wholesale (contract) clients get a discounted decoration rate. To keep profits from being eaten up by credit card fees, would be nice to disable credit card payment option for certain customers only. Essentially forcing ACH payments from certain customers.

Can you guys please give us a way to flag an order as a RUSH- that will carry across all statuses? Simple Check box that adds a red line across the order on the calendar view or a small icon like the "Paid" icon would be great

At our shop we often have multiple styles or that get the same print(s). It can be very time consuming applying the same art/print locations to several line items, especially when there are multiple print locations for each line item.

We would like to be able to actually HIGHLIGHT notes in color. Bold and Italics still gets missed by the production team. Color would "pop" on the page and not be overlooked as easily. Kyler Surcee Designs

As in phone sized. Can we get the pop up and Daily/Weekly/Monthly view options formatted for smart phones? Sorting would help a lot too.
