In the nickname section you can add icons, so add a red icon box circle or anything else thats more visible.

Josip Vrban Lumer Print&Shop, we just use emojis to add additional visibility to each order nickname. We couple this with using "red" for the status color to draw additional visual attention to rush orders. Here is a screenshot of the view from both Power Scheduler and the Calendar for reference.
