It would be nice if we could choose to have customers pay via card or by ACH transfer with this new program. We add a fee for clients paying with a card if the invoice is over a certain amount, but now we have no way to enforce that charge. There is one total and if a client decides to pay with a card, then boom, we've just lost out on a large portion of profits.

We've added the customer level control for allowing ACH vs CC. You can now set it at the account level, and override it per customer.

We're adding support to control CC vs ACH at the CUSTOMER level. We're also looking into the ability to control this per payment request.

We've just rolled out an update allowing you to control ACH availability for all invoices. Next step, to allow this per customer. This is coming soon, keep your eyes peeled.

Yona Gidalevitz: Thanks, but what about CC availablility? We'd like to be able to not accept a CARD payment but allow customers to pay the ACH through printavo when the invoice is over a certain amount. Will any of these planned updates allow us to NOT allow a card payment?
Yona Gidalevitz
Kayla Kelly: Yes, you can currently do that. Just go to My Account > Accept Payments > scroll down. There's a section where you can set a $ amount threshold above which CC will be disabled and ACH would be required. I believe this is exactly what you're describing, let me know if not

Yona Gidalevitz: Yes, that's it. Thank you so much!
