Agree! On RARE occasion, messages have gone to my clients, even when I am replying to an employee's email. When I brought this up to Printavo they told me that messaging was not supposed to be used for internal communication and while we are now ALWAYS careful when messaging other staff in the message portal now, I think we should be able to communicate with other users per job, directly, without fear that the customer gets that email.

Agreed, if this means to create an internal chat where we can coordinate on projects without having to set a task for someone, or email them.
