Can we make ART APPROVAL a "stamp", like the PAID stamp, but still does the same thing without changing the "status" of the order.

The problem we run into is art approval and goods receipt are going hand in hand and they don't always happen in the same order.

So if we could have an APPROVED stamp just like how it shows PAID, without changing the status would be great.

We typically use the status as a product receiving indication more so than the art approval.

So if it is partially received and it gets changed to approved the status changes which we would prefer not to have happen.

It would still need to have the ability to setup the process to email or whatever when it is marked as approved. Since we use the email as a notification to our artist to process the order.
