Archive makes sense. Deleting is bad. This way we could keep a quote without it affecting dollar related reports.

I would love if archived quotes do not show as payment outstanding. We do not want to delete them incase the customer returns, but they should not show as payment outstanding/revenue.

Currently we have two statuses assigned to quotes we have done that don't come into fruition but we want to keep in the persons history. We have to manually go into fees and put DEAD QUOTE or CANCELLED ORDER and then create a negative amount for the whole invoice so it doesn't affect our invoice monies due view. It would be great to have an automation that did this for us or something similar when we mark it into a status like this.

Would it be possible to automatically mark any zero dollar invoices as PAID? Currently I still have to add a payment to a zero dollar invoice or it stays in open invoices area. This just clogs up the system.

Running into an issue with invoices that have no balance reflecting as past due. As of now, there is no way to change the invoice to "paid" even though there is no amount to pay. Also, orders that are declined by the customer show as past due even though they were not ordered. We removed the quantity to bring the balance to zero, otherwise it would show the customer owes for the order.

This a a real need. Being able to reference old quote data that were not processed, and the conversations there-in would be so helpful.

Just emailed in about this too & came here to see if I was alone in this or not. Glad I'm not. Seems odd to have something with 0 balance in a "past due" section, when the words past due literally mean something is DUE.

Once this is fixed it would be nice if the total was viewable by the customer too on public profile. For canceled quotes we zero them out otherwise that throws off more than just customer account total.
