Would be very helpful to have a secondary account owner option. For example we have outside sales reps and need to assign accounts to the outside sales person.

This would help for accounting the commissions of the sales person.

This would be incredible as we have outside sales and account managers. I need to be able to track which sales rep brought the customer in and also the account manager that took over. OR when I have a rep out of office and we have someone else working their inbox it would be nice to be able to track that.

Yes PLEASE! We have over 25 sales reps here. It would be great if I choose myself as the owner and can choose a sales reps and we both get all the automated emails etc. For example, if I send an invoice to be paid both myself and the sales rep gets the notification when payment is made.
